Was Mega City only designed for the sequels?

do we have any confirmation that new districts will be open....this would be so cool and give new players a chance to explore an area at the same time as the more experianced as opposed to trying to explore and getting pvped before you can...

Question: Is the test server ever going to be used again?

I wiped the test server off my coputer to gain space during the test of CR2.0 i was able to d/l it again so i should imagine if they were to use the test server again for upcoming events then you will be given the opportunity to d/l it aga...
