yea it's tradable.

All CR1 abilities (and those org abilities that were never finished) have the level set at 99 so they are useless.  As for what it did, I don't know.

It was put in by mistake so to make it where no one could use it anymore they changed it to level 99 hehe

Gosh I can't remember at all what exactly it did but it was kind of like an upgrade program thingy you know like upgrade master or whatever

I am sure I have pictures of what it did somewhere buried in my pile of bazillion matrix pictures but I have no idea where O.o

Can you give us some sort of guidlines for when these will end?  Also, can you set a price for the frags?  It's like we're bidding but there is no reason to bid when we all just seem to want 1 of each.  It's basically like we're bidding for different items.

12 hours left, People can still place orders for the RSI Fragments. But by 7pm EST I will pick the buyers of the abilitys. Then I will post who got them. They should PM me with times they are online. That way we can make transactions simply. If the buyer doesn't PM me within 24 hours. It goes to runner up.

It worked like Serene Calm did in CR1, gave a heal-over-time. I don't remember the numbers though.
