I was able to start the game and even went through the tutorial. I come back a little later and try to play but when the MxO launcher starts, it skips my logon information and gets stuck at authenticating. Is this mean a problem with the server or is it on my end. It strange since when I played last night and did the tutorial, I had to input my username and password into the Matrix launcher window but now it just skips the logon.

If you're getting the message "Authenticating... Failure. (ERROR)" then you're having the same problem that I am at the moment.
Which probably means that it's Server side.

might have been server maintenance or patch update. Check the announcements section of the forums since they usually give that information out early and they usually do this in the early morning hours.

It would appear the Logon server is offline.
Or more likely the Logon Database is offline, as i would assume that if the Logon server itself was down we would see an error of:
"could not establish connetion with server"
Based on the time i would say one of the Devs updated changed somthing. Anyone experience Deja Vu?

Meh yeah I see. I tried it right after and got the same thing, but things can / do go wrong too. Like the servers catching fire. :/ obviously we'll have to see what the official explanation is.

Well, as for me, the servers are opened, but when it launches the game itself, I get the message: "The character could not be loaded due to server error".
Hey, does someone else have this kind of error or am I actually being the Chosen One for it?
