a few things: Do you take very long filling out the details ad picking your RSI? If you take too long the connection can time out. When you say it crashes... what exactly happens? MxO crashes back to your desktop, your PC blue-screens? What version of windows are you running?
Sorry <_> And the first time I did it, I wrote a long thing in my background. Second time, I just typed in what was required and still said I didnt't type it in. It freezes on that one screen and I can't minimize back to my desktop, so I have to restart. I run xp, have a good internet connection, I met all of the system requirements. And there seems to be no graphics issues so I don't think it's that. Thanks for the respond.
The problem could be your firewall. Do you have any firewall software installed, such as Symantec Internet security/ Sygate Personal Firewall/ Zone Alarm ? If you do, make sure your windows firewall is off (START > Control Panel > Windows Firewall) so that they don't clash. You should only have one firewall running.
This issue has never had a hard and fast fix... The two things that seem to fix it are:
Make sure MxO has full firewall access on our system according to THESE DETAILS
If that doesn't fix it then you need to run a FULL SYSTEM CHECK (it is a two stage process so follow the instructions carefully)
