((oh no I do realize that he was was older in this case and every other case that's been put on these boards ever. I was only pointing out that it is impossible to RP in game anything but someone over the age and the only way to RP anyone younger is to do it in writing or have a very open minded audience(which is almost impossible these days). So your left with having events like these being centered around older (Well past the set age) adults and not children. So yes the rule is probably still there, its just the limitations game wise only allow us to focus on everyone that is over that set age))

Status report: Bill Talbot

Bill Talbot is a grocery store owner in Tabor Park.  He considers himself a loner, and seldom leaves home at night unless he has to. He says this is due to gang activity in the area, but the truth is he much rather be playing computer games then going out with friends. The few people who claim to know him well state that he is a gaming addict.

Bill has been divorced for two years, and has no children.  He has occasional contact with his siblings, but considers them to be more bother then what they are worth. If someone were to ask him what he considers important in life, he would say something to the effect that taking care of himself comes first, and everything else is just secondary so far as he is concerned. He has become aware of some inconsistencies in the simulation as of late. Approach him with caution.

Well, do not forget the EPN view of things, a potential is a potential , and everyone need to have the choice to free himself form bondage of the Matrix. We just looking if he can stand the choice we can offer him.

Probably not.  I've seen the choices people have committed themselves to in the face of being swarmed by a dozen armed strangers telling them "what's best".
