Hey Everyone,
I've been so busy helping out everywhere... but I finally got to hang out with the MxO guys last night and had a great time. SOE bussed everyone to this really cool place called the Las Vegas Sports Center. They had all sorts of fun things to do there: Karoke rock band, pool tables, batting cages, a rock climbing wall, and the best thing ever..... free drinks and go-carts.
I got to see Mave and Tseng climb the rock wall.. was awesome.. I'll have pictures posted on Monday or Tuesday after I get back.
Everyone is having a great time... (wonder how roukan's head feels this morning)

Man, Vegas has been an awesome experience. I haven't that drunk in a loooooooooong time. truly lulz worthy times. will post the images I have plus some stories.!! 
Virrago was so wasted it was unbeliveable. We took full advantage.

=oWell... as always, I'm greatful for the work you, Dracomet and 9mmfu do and I understand that there are just some things you can't do, but I just sat through and hour or so of the SoE community address for something on MxO and there wasn't anything, not even a quick run through of the new added content such as Datamine, Sati's Playground etc...
I guess there wasn't enough time to fit anything like that in, either that or you didn't want to go up in front of all those people Rarebit!

I think SOE pretty much bombed it but Rarebit given the resources SOE invest into this for MxO he was pretty chill hes one of the few people walking away from the convention that didnt reak corperate and I respect that. Nice guy and was cool to hang with everyone for a bit.
Also appreciated him getting me another pass to go to the I have a Dream John Smedely speech where he talked about how fun it is to watch his kids play video games after I got drunk and lost mine.
By the way I was sitting next to a german video game mag press writer on my flight home and he had pictures of the costume contest with the Neo dude. I think hes going to be put in a mag or something in Germany the dude kept focusing on those pictures and some DC Universe booth pics on his laptop.

I can't believe I had as much fun as I did, especially getting drunk with all of you. :p (And Rarebit, you best be glad I didn't give you a lapdance, I was highly considering it! Im kind of sad I didnt say later to people at the Tempo. I ended up going to a club after I left the buffet I got halfway down the road to Hilton and was just drunk and said forget it.
As for it ending I remember being sorta sad. I love that town honestly I was planning on spending some time in Tokyo next year but I may just go back to Vegas now that i know the area the clubs whats good what isn't I can definitely take full advantage of it.

Standing up in front of that crowd and doing /anguish was probably one of my favorite parts as well. Oh, and getting the mouse too.
I think I slept a total of 8 hours through that whole trip.

well maybe cause we're still pretty much asleep by noon...and looking for that DARN Hardline Phone booth all over vegas got me LATE!!! and yet Haven't found one still =/

I have just come back home from Vegas.
It was very sad to leave the city because I had a great time with these nice people. I cannot thank everyone enough. I hope to join next year, even though I am not sure I will be able to do due to job schedule.

Yeah, just to echo the sentiments, it was 10x better than last year. The increased turnout made it even better and the increased Matrix Coverage made it even better. It was cool to meet a lot of people I've played closely with for the past few years and been on ventrilo with while it was equally enjoyable to speak to guys that I've only had some interaction with or none at all.
Much appreciated to the MxO team and everyone who came to the Fan Faire for making it such an enjoyable experience, it's rather weakend my resolve to unsub >_>
