Head west from Lemone central and you'll see a lovely pink collector icon that's where Dr. Martin is.

Great... next you'll be telling me that I can't have a sparkly pink top to wear in game... or bunny ears...

Am I the only one who doesn't like the idea of org abilities?

Quite possibly. SMILEY

Oh, and to those who don't have max rep, how many missions do you generally run? I got my last rep point while I was still trying to reach level 50 (I think), so I was doing a lot of missions. If you're just doing the criticals every week then yeah, it's gonna take you a long time.

I lvled ONLY with missions recursion taking between 1 hour and 3 hours per lvl (40-50 can even take longer sometimes) powerlvling myself. still have 121 rep. btw this was a lot after people started noticing rep is "bugged" or whatever u wanna call it.
#36300437543 04/05/2008 08:52:52 Re:Update 59 Discussion - April 03, 2008
Well, it's possible that it did get bugged at some point, though I recall 9mmfu denying it. Maybe it's time to press him on the issue.
#36300437545 04/05/2008 08:59:47 Re:Update 59 Discussion - April 03, 2008

the main problem im seeing with org abilities is the lack of reputation available (as i posted here) and this is probably due to the realease of archives...people dont want to do generic boring missions... infact i dont think i've ever done them because now...well there is no reason for them besides rep/grinding which we currently have no reason to do.

With these introduced people might actually mission alot more as they have a reason too...but i'd still like to see it made easier to gather rep or atleast some variety. (:

No no no ^^

Mabey give the Crits a very slight increase chance of gaining rep, but keeping it as hard as it is to gain Max rep is still leaving it a challenge that takes time to do.

Well the linky said exactly what i ment >.< yea i dont mean make it quadupled just make it easier to get rep generally and maybey give more ways to get it...grinding missions isnt what i'd like to call "playing" a game SMILEY

There is a problem when I've been ingame since Beta and very active and I only aquired one rep point in the past year.  That is not a challenge, that's sadism.

There is a bright pink/crush/tankini thing... I think it's called magenta though.  It's shiny, but not sparkly. *shakes head* nope... not sparkly. SMILEY

Sorry, I'm a guy.  Shiny pink is sparkly to me.  Please forgive me.

Plus.. I blame Vista.

I've noticed a AI following change.  The NPCs do better to keep up, even with some hyper jumps, however....

it has made 255 agents stupider...  They continue to walk on foot and not bother to relocate closer when needed.  If they can walk to it, they walk to it.

Nope, been that way for quite some time. If they can move to a spot to get within interlock range, they'll just run there. Otherwise they relocate to where you land.
#36300438306 04/06/2008 20:04:56 Re:Update 59 Discussion - April 03, 2008
Yeah, in Datamine, whenever one spawns on me, I can run a bit, tap a few more nodes before he catches up, because he can huff it to my location.
But, if you hyperjump to a building or something, they'll respawn then.
I've noticed that for a while now like Zudrag.

Otherwise, I like this update - it's kept me busy for a while.

I meant I can get...300-500meters away by hyper jumping.  USUALLY they teleport there to kill me, now they're still huffing it on foot
#36300438334 04/06/2008 22:09:43 Re:Update 59 Discussion - April 03, 2008
Ah ok. Yeah, they only re-spawn if they can't huff it. I misread what you wrote.

I just got the Zion ones screened, if I remember I'll crop and upload them, that is if no one else does by the time I get the chance to do that.

It's always been this way. If an NPC can get to you by a means accessible without jumping, they'll run all the way to you. This includes the tops of buildings that have interiors and roof access. If an NPC can't get to you without jumping they will give up. If an Agent can't get to you without jumping they will respawn closer to you.

So I hope we get the cinematics back.  We go from intense gameplay action animations to black and white cartoons to pictues its just sad.  If they put more people on this game then we would be as good as  Everquest or SWG could ever be.

#36300455526 05/15/2008 18:52:48 Re:Update 59 Discussion - April 03, 2008

I dont know if it will ever be read, but i think the devs need a pat on the back for all the hard work changing and updating the latest  patch. Great job. alot of fixes in there as well as adding all that new content to a game that is 4 years old. face it guys, they maybe cant change the big picture, but the things they are doing to keep the game alive are sooooo appreciated.

THANK YOU!!!!  but dont stop. this game is one of the best MMOs out there and will remain strong so long as it gets the love fromt he dev team.

Keep up the great work!
