Mkt & Snipers

After playin last night and today I have saw that 'most' zion are either mkt or sniper. Yes I know sniper can be good ain't tried mkt yet but yeah I'm sure thats good aswell. Its just kinda *CENSORED* jumpin to mara and seein no-one and then u get sneak zerged.

I play this game for fun and I'm sure the rest of the population does aswell but seeing a whole team of mkts (like this afternoon) against 3 of us just ain't fun... 

All i'm wantin to say is "Come on Zion, play some REAL trees!!!"

Fair enough using these trees against zergs but when there is only 1 guy out a team can be seen, its just takin the pi$$

Yeah but most people do this 'element of surprise' when your in interlock.

When u have 3 - 4 people doin this its just really sucky. When mervs have a team goin we're lucky to have 1 mkt and 1 sniper lol

All this post is about is, make the team have a bit more variation. I am active alot as most of yous know  and its all to many times I'v saw many people logging out due to this. We are the PVP SERVER, why don't we act like it and get decent fights goin.

I think my mistake was replying to folks I've killed rantings with 'Hush now child'.  Read like some cold *poop*, and the responses I got were MUCH colder!

Still 1000 cqs in a fortnight is an acheivement I am still proud of, albeit probably 70% - 80% were off the backs of lowbies!

I load duelist when zion has numbers, but I turn to  sniper when I'm alone and there are 5 o 6 mervs at Mara (yes Bruce, mervs) are on a full team, with 3 MKTs, 2 MAs and one healer... to this team you can add some machine lol (they could to get some cq's from mervs but NO!!! they prefeer gank the EPN again and again ^_^

I ain't sayin anythin about zergs, everyone zergs we all know that. Its when we're about even teams and one team is full of sneaks, it just takes the fun outta the game. With me bein MA, i like to have even teams, don't matter if i die, its all about the fun. Yeah i have to admit heals and buffs can take the fun outta the game aswell.

And people sayin about good snipers, well to me a gd sniper is 1 that goes for any random person rather than go for some1 in interlock, how can u be a good sniper goin for say an MA fightin and MKT, hax or another MA. Lowered def FTL

I'v also said to the mkts but their explanation is mervs do it, I only know of about 3 - 6 mervs that are mkt. I know there are roughly the same amount of snipers, Japes FTW

When I'm pvpn with mervs, our team normally consist of about 3 MA's, couple of guns and hax, occasionaly we'll have mkt but as far as i can see mkt ain't that big in mervs.

But at the end of the day, my post was just to put out there that when a team goes for alot of mkts, people log  

In the end people are just going to play the game regardless of what other people think, some people like to play a realistic game like it was in the films, others just want to kill and be the best person in the game, others just want to "socialize". The ones that use MKT and sniper are (usually not always) the second type of people generally because it has the most advantages compared to the disadvantages. As most people say it's an easy kill being able to sneak up behind someone and punt or staggering throw when the opponent is IL but there is nothing wrong with that, if they find enjoyment from that then stopping them from doing that means you're just doing the same to them what they've been doing to you.

In the end I guess what I'm going to say is just learn ways to defend against it. Either that or take the high ground, walk away for about 30 minutes go off and duel a friend and come back and most people will have left to go in search of you, items or they logged because they got bored.

Then you and your team can finish up whats left.

Bruce the case wouldn´t be reduce the number of Snipers and MKT I think would be strengthen the MA trees(look at this devs), because with this last patch we are almost done, specially the chunfu´s and karate´s.

Dont bother duck some people need to move on, at least we dont need to beg peace to another orgs, rain of stones in 3..2..1...

Ah thats an exception then  but there are to many mkts/snipers in zions compared to MA's just cause they are 'easier' trees. One thing that does annoy me is when u have 3 players about you and your tryin as hard as you can to get 1 in interlock and they just hyperjump away as soon as their evade is broke  Does get a bit tiresome, specially when u can't chase cause of the lag. Lowbies can outrun me thats how bad my lag is

w00t someone else sees the way how the game should be  Hey man i ain't that good, can still get pwned by people but at the end of the day we all shouldn't play to pwn, we should play for fun.

Just like last night there was 3 mervs and about 6 zions, the zions whipped out the heals  but i had to log soon afta that anyhoos. I don't mind dyin in pvp and i don't mind survivin, it is all about how good and frantic the pvp is (just my comp takes ages to let me recon and come outta hl lol). Just think the way how it'll be if theres more mech, even sides, no heals/buffs. Now that is pvp...

Naw i wouldn't say that mkts are overpowered, just all their abs hit with decent dmg when u'r in il with someone else. I can take one, 1 on 1 but can also be taken down easily in a 1 on 1.

Right people keep sayin that mervs are mkt aswell, i know of about 4 - 8 maybe as much as 10, out of about 70 mervs. Now try seein how many zions are mkt out of their total number. Fair enough i know there are snipers but most of them don't hide in sneak all day or run like hell when they get seen. I'v saw all to many snipers gettin me down to really low health but jump just cause another merv saw them. I ain't sure about merv snipers as I'm not the one gettin shot at
