Because I have vista it won't allow me to even get a screenshot with F12 for some reason.

But when going into sneak while wearing shirts that have a collar, it will either switch colors/transparency depending on where I look or what's going on. For example: I'll be wearing the system suit and I can see through to see the outline of the collar and it's usually a gray-transparant color. But when looking in certain directions or depending on the situation, it'll turn into a brighter white and slighly less transparant. Also, every now and then, it'll turn into a blue-green transparant color as well.

This only happens on the collar. It's similar to what happens when wearing the commando suit in sneak, and the gray-transparant color of the body will turn black.

Is it Vista, the game, or the graphics card or drivers?

Btw, graphics card is: 256mb 8600GT nVidia GeForce for my laptop.

I had an issue with my graphics when i updated to a version not supported by SOE. Check this link to see if yours is to new of a driver. You might need to roolback.

I'm not talking about taking screenshots.

I'm talking about being in sneak, moving around.

Might I suggest that this ties into the Vista issues already documented? Check out this thread:

Since "Sneak" affects your appearance, this might be triggering the bug(s) just the same as some clothing combinations do...take a look at the Vista thread and see what you think.
