Sorry everyone, Rarebit is having some technical issues getting the image he wanted to use. Hopefully we can get it sorted out and we can have it posted in the morning (central USA time).

Well, I think we can safely say it isn't a new neighborhood or district now. That's kinda disappointing. I was looking forward to going hardline hunting.

And I also think it looks much better with the city skyline left in place. It just seems like a big platform in the sky now.

Well, its not a proper district... but with all the furniture and whatnot, I doubt this will be a traditional construct (its too beautiful to be pvp mandatory! Please?!),
