((This was a pretty fun event, I was hoping we'd meet the Intruder, but whatever.))

I think The Intruder is barely scratching the surface with his operation, he has plans to go deep into the Matrix Code, destabilizing everything in his path.  He wants to get to The Source.

As much as I may hate to admit it, it is indeed good to know that we have 2 groups of operatives, machinist and cypherite - working together to keep the system safe and the blues asleep.
