And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True. - Revelation 19:11

((For some reason, when I saw that, I had a preminition that he is going to go to the Neo Partially reconstructed RSI, merge with it then.... O_O ))

Wait ...
A lot of people were unhappy with Unlimit. But Denkou Choujin Gridman appears, and you're in awe? O_o

It's the implication that awes us. With Unlimit it was just superpowers, but this carries with it the unknown and even the possibility of being Neo.
Now, I don't believe he's heading toward the Neo RSI. If you look carefully, he's heading northeast, not southeast. That would take him toward Lucero, Stamos, Bathory.

*nods* That's your point of view. I'm waiting for the "Matrix effects should be subtle" people who whined about Unlimit.
You know, subtle "Matrixy" stuff, like millions of identical people exploding and filling the streets of the city with a blinding white light, a man flying down a street dragging several blocks worth of cars and other loose objects behind him, and let's not forget a ghetto court filled with a hundred clones." width="15" height="15">
You mean subtle-like-a-brick-to-the-face subtle?
Actually, new theory...
What if...it's Sarah Edmontons?

looks like agents have something new to worry about...If this turns out to be another supervillian like Anome...I think my assumptions for this chapter where accurate,

This is way more significant than another mega bad guy. If my guess is right, this is the mysterious glowing guy that's been standing in the background of event and chapter banners from day one. He's probably also the reason we've seen Agents lying around dead since Chapter 8.1 (or was it 8.2?), and could very well have ties to Mystery Man - or even be him!

Perhaps Neo's mind has found a way to leave Sarah Edmonton's Shell and without his Reconstructed RSI has taken on this blank Avatar. Or it could just be a powerful program. Was talking to Attila..first thing he said was 'it looks like Neo'

A bit big for Neo, isn't he? Actually, he's a bit big for anyone. I can't quite work out the scale. When he emerges he's bigger than the door, and when he walks off at the end he looks huge. But when the Agents surround him he looks roughly normal sized. The War Sword is probably made to fit him.

That would make sense, Vaico and Havocide.
Neo could be super pissed at the Machines because he would probably say that they were the ones that backed out of the Truce. I don't believe Neo ever agreed that Zion couldn't defend itself.
We know Sarah will come into play again eventually, and having Neo's mind leave her RSI could be a possibility. Maybe he will eventually try to merge with the Neo RSI.
Also, some people met with the Oracle about a year or so ago and asked about Neo. She said the Machines no longer had the body. They did at one time she said, but not anymore. And the Machines always claimed it hadn't been recycled.
This probably has to do with Mystery Man. Could he have taken Neo's body and is using it for some purpose? Or could Morpheus have succeeded?

*CENSORED* that was cool. I wonder if we'll ever see this thing in-game? If we do...that's gonna be an odd look.
Yeah...it does remind me of that guy in the old banners.
Hmm...I think 9mmfu was giving us a hint when he said he wishes the Ascension Monument door led somewhere.

I know it's been hinted a few times that the Machines no longer have the body, but I was unaware that it's been outright stated that they don't have it.
Which Oracle appearance was this? Is there a forum post, a transcript, anything?
There was a LE post. That's where I read it. I can't remember the title, but I'm pretty sure it was just before Anome bit the dust. Last November I think. It wasn't on Recursion. I'm pretty sure it might have been on Syntax. But definately not Recursion. It was a smaller Oracle meeting at her apartment.
I've also noticed that over the past year, people have overlooked the fact that she said they didn't have it.

Spoiler:Yeah, the Zion mission I did with an alt had a dead Exile with the same spots.
I just ran the Machine mission and there are white spots coming out of the heads of dead agents. It reminded me of the end of Smith. So maybe it's not me, or Kn3e0 but maybe it has something to do with Smith?
I'm probably wrong." />

It's morpheus reprising his role as the SILVER SURFER!

And we have an early first place in the race for the Chapter 9 Perpetual Code, shame it will miss this Xmas season, it looked rather festive, your very own personal blizzard.

*waits for the "If Neo comes back I quit" comments to start pouring in*If Neo or Smith come back I'll quit, I don't mind Sara being the next 'One' but Neo or Smith coming back... no.
The Machine mission implied the Intruder is tall. So I think either the Agents that were ported in to deal with him were extra tall by design, or that was the only mistake in the cinematic.

Aaaaages ago I remember I was talking to someone I randomly met on the monument (yes that far back that you could randomly meet someone) and they said that Neo would appear out of the door. Just like anyone else would I dismissed it as some random n00b being up himself/herself but considering a tiny bit of a message from Morpheus (sim) was picked up by someone random and later led to tracking down the Morpheus (sim) thought it best to mention. *shrug*
I seem to remember the Bag Lady talking about something big hyperjumping around in Moriah Projects more than a year ago...

OOC: I don't know what to make of this one, not sure what it all means just yet (my green tea hasn't kicked in yet), but... I like this. Not sure who or what Wireframe Dude is, but I'm very curious now. Anyone else notice the small glowing spots along the chakra points in his body? Very cool touch!
I'll admit, I'd be a bit dismayed if this turned out to be Neo come back, but if they can offer a darn good explanation, I doubt I'd jump ship on it.
IC: Dangit. I wish I wasn't stuck in the Real, recovering from having a sentient toxin and an Exile extracted from my head. This makes me want to drag myself into the Matrix to find out just what the yell is going on? I got chills the moment I first saw the recon on the Ascension Monument. And just who *IS* that?
