 Could someone explain why neither desperation nor mobius code can be used whilst block tactics is on? I imagine this applies to pills too.....

 In what order are clothing and ability buffs applied? Ie VD. If I am wearing the clothes with extra VD on them it increases not only my natural, but the amount from hyper deflect.... If I change clothing after I put HD on then I seem not to get the bonus... SMILEY

 Would this apply to buffs too? Like KFGM with acc clothing etc?

 oh, could I get a list of people who expect me to interfere in 1v1's?  In general I don't and people are shouting at me.

 Am I the only one who has troubles with clicking specials and them not being 'queued'?  I have had to start just spamming the move I want next. Also, why when moves miss are the animations still playing? Most confusing.

 Does your withdrawl roll work of the tactics speed etc...? In other words if I have speed tactics am I more likely to roll out than in power/block.

 
 Specials Vs. block :- I have come to the conclusion that this is odd. As it was explained to me special VS Special is attack roll vs attack. If this applies to normals (and for reasons I cannot fathom block tactics still rolls an attack...) then blocking against specials is worthless. It certainly seems to be.

 Switching tactics.  I have discovered that instead of setting the damage at the same time as the hit roll is done, there is a huge gap. So when I did a special in speed and switched back to block it did 1pt of damage. This also appears to work for switching to power..... so I can hit with extra accuracy and do extra damage. Completely negating the point of the tactical differences.... this seems incredibley stupid.  Is it an accident and no fix is planned? Or was the entire +acc -dam tactic thing broken on purpose?

 WHY IS THERE SO LITTLE HOTBAR /weep    There is all this 19" widescreen and only 20 usable slots...   5 of these are taken up by tactics and roll out ffs... having buffs and pills and so on on a side hotbar would be so useful.... *hint*

  I remember after CR1 the statements that everyone would look different because clothing buffs would diminish in impact..   just noticed a lot of folks in the same gear since I came back.. shame.  Especially when it looks awful. :p

 

  That is about all i have from a couple of days of general annoyance. I am sad to see some of the trash talking, amused by some same old same old, and most of all amazed by the low populations. Coming back from WoW that is the biggest hit.

  on the plus side, at least this game is pretty......

Never noticed this for Mobius Code, but pills and boosters cannot be activated when in Block.

Bonuses and %'s only work if they influence something. So If you wear Ballistic Defense Clothing with %, it will only be effective if you have Hyper-Dodge on.

Yah, sometimes I have to click a few times just to make sure it works. The miss animation is probably the most annoying Interlock bug. It wasn't always like this, I am not sure when it cropped up, but it must have been a few Updates ago. I wouldn't mind if it happened maybe once and awhile, but it happens EVERY time. I was dueling last night and it lasted 5 minutes longer then it should cause all of our misses still played the animation anyway. Very annoying and this needs to be fixed no next update, but NOW with a Hotfix.

I'm not sure it matters. I either switch to Grab or Block anyway so I have more defense while trying to roll out.

I don't have a problem with 20. If you really need an extra 10, you can always quickly move to an above/below hotbar. I find I can usually have an effective hotbar with 20 slots and sometimes some extra spots filled in the below hotbar if need be.

Yeah, a lot of the good buffed clothing are just the same models, but it still is better than CR1. There have been some new clothing that offers variety like the Commando gear, Patcher's Headgear, Area K, etc. Rarebit or 9mmfu did mention that they would like to have Coders create any type of color for clothing they like while coding, but they said it's a major pain and probably would take awhile to do.

THE ANIMATIONS PLAYING IS NOT AFFECTING YOUR PVP SKILLZ. YOU ARE NO WORSE OFF SEEING A BUGGED ANIMATION FOR A SPECIAL ATTACK THAN YOU ARE SEEING A REGULAR MISS/MISS ROUND. BOTH LAST FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME. DUELS ARE NOT LASTING LONGER AS A RESULT OF ANIMATION BUGS CAUSE ALL COMBAT ROUNDS ARE 4 SECONDS LONG REGARDLESS OF WHAT ANIMATION OCCURRED. GET OVER IT.

Doesn't make it any less annoying or broken. I'd rather see a miss-miss then broken animations.

1. I don't believe any moves should work in Block because that tactic is solely for defense and IS regen. Some abilities like Mobius might have been overlooked, not sure if the Devs will fix this. I don't think popping pills should be allowed while in Block. You already get 50% more defense and IS regen per exchange, with pill poppers, duels would take forever.

2. Just make sure you don't clothing stack.

3. What's bugged and flawed?

4. As long as the ability is blinking, it's queued, that's when I stop clicking so I don't have the system perform the move twice.

5. Well, in CR1, withdraw was always successful and made PvP quite annoying. I agree though it should just be a roll based on bonuses and stats but the tactics shouldn't matter with it.

6. It also depends on how much Defense you have or perhaps they even used Desperation with Initiative bonus at the right time.

7. Yeah, I guess it's tough to fix or else they would have already.

8. 3 hotbar rows would crowd the screen, IMO.

9. Most people usually either wear all accuracy clothing for their build, or all resistance clothing for PvP. Duels people usually switch up and wear Defense clothing depending on who they are fighting.

10. Not sure, but pretty much all effectice CR1 trees are not even viable anymore in CR2, so if you try to use older setups, they won't work. Mobius' heal is not affected by tactics.

I use 3 Hotbars as a Hacker. Takes some practice but after a while it's second nature.
