Ok so since a few hours I got the same problem, I enter my account informations everything works fine, for once they don't tell me that my account is allready in use but this time the game is stuck at "Loading Character" and it stays stuck until I stop the game. I don't have an error message or something, it's just stuck. I tryied to do a full system check, but it did nothing.

No one allready had this problem or want to help me ? I never had a problem with my account or my char since I'm here.

Locate your RSI's Profile folder and rename it to *.old Try to jack-in again. A new pristine profile folder will be created when you start the game again. If it works, the problem was in your Profile folder and I can help you re-construct it so that you don't lose your hotbars and other settings. If it still doesn't allow the character to load, you can just rename the folder back to the original name and you haven't lost anything. Example of the folder you're looking for:

C:\Program Files\Monolith Productions\The Matrix Online\Profiles\yourstationID\yourRSIhandle_codes

rename to

C:\Program Files\Monolith Productions\The Matrix Online\Profiles\yourstationID\yourRSIhandle_codes.old

Here are some more detailed instructions for troubleshooting MxO problems related to the Profile folder. Be sure to BACKUP anything you rename, move or delete. I won't be responsible for anything resulting from the use of these instructions.

If renaming the profile folder doesn't work (it should) then you should run a Run a full system check.

Thanks guys, there is a problem though I can't enter the game so I can't do a Backup of the file because my character don't load so I can't have a new file for it. I'm trying the Full System Check (I didn't knew it worked like that, thanks ^^)

You can also use the email support here. Just tell them your character is suck and they'll fix it (if you haven't fixed it already).

So what you are saying is that if you rename/remove the profile for your RSI it doesn't recreate a new one? If so then you will need to send a PM to a TSR with:
your account name (the one you log into the launcher with)
your server
your RSI name
the last 4 digits of the credit card that pays for the account (so they can verify the account owner)
a message that it is a stuck character

They will then unstick you account
