OK guys, the new installment of Program Files, reviewing the local exiles found throughout Mega City, is now online at http://programfilez.blogspot.com/ This edition covers the 88s gang of Mannsdale and their employer Anti-M. To be honest I couldn't dig up that much on the gang, but there's enough to give you an idea of what they are like.
