Yes, Killing an operative who ate some Merv cake is quite a morale hitter....
I don't think stealing some plans from a few captains will crush their hopes and dreams, more like they will speed up their timetable, or change them first.

This was a demonstration of impulse over strategy for the Merovingian.

Let the Mervs and EPN fight against each other, then we other can have some peace.

Whatever the Mervs is trying to do with the attack against the powerlines it will gives them payback soon or later. Machines will not accept that kind of attacks to the system. Zion's will still try to focus on how to end this war...wich i think some other have forgot.

Blimey. If EPN went into mad vengeance mode whenever the Merovingian did something, we'd be seeing a hell of a lot of casualties on both sides.

Still, the majority of your plans only seem to have caused minor irritation at best. While you certainly can talk the talk, it remains to be seen as to whether you can walk the walk.
