I would like to challenge anyone who is willing to a battle.
It'll be my first time... destroying a ship.

No Cypherites? I certainly didn't see that coming.
I'd appreciate it if someone was able to remove the first of the two 'Nagamitsu's from the list, thanks.Entry deleted.

I accidentally registered my ship as recursion so if you can delete that one and leave the vector one I'll give you a cookie" />
Has this game started already?Yes. There has been one official battle so far. For now, there aren't enough subscribed opposing ships on the same instance to justify the scheduling of another match. However, it is well known that a minority of operatives do check this forum, and thus, it's everybody's work to inform their faction about it, to create teams, to build interest. I can't hold everyone's hand, I'm only a man. The rules of engagements are there, the infrastructure are in place, the rewards for such are being set in place. Now, it's time to face destiny and jump in the arena.

Also, as I said a few posts before, you can schedule your own matches if you arrange with an opponent. We'll try to have a battle coordinator to oversee the match.

I've made a post in the Vector World Discussion section to try and alert a few more to this.

I'd register the Quinotaur (of Recursion), but the captain is currently incapcitated after getting attacked by a Machine ship. Though her brother might be crazy enough to take over for her...
HvCFT Chaos will be ready.
((Can you possibly add HvCFT infront of my entry on the standings, thanks))

im guessing that 8pm if so i can be there for zion
steadhand captain of the Tengu
just so dont end up looking like a noob how exectaly do we go about playing this out is over a web applicaton or a form of Ingame system either way im ready if needed
sorry its been a long day thanks for clearing that up ug this is looking like a 2v1 at the moment we need to find a better way of getting the word outYou can contact your colleagues and offer them to register. There are also 4 other captains registered for Zion on Vector.
edit: damit i get hold of anyone who is zion on vector and none of my faction can make it beucase of the timeIf you don't show, each machine captain will get 2 XP. One for participating and one for winning. The surviving ship point is not available. If you do show and you lose, you'll still get your participation XP and the machines will get 3 each.
edit2: yep anyone who is zion vector is not online and none of my vaction can part beucase most of them our out buecase it is saterday
so does this mine the machs get a free win and get zero :X
will write up a small Rp post to give the battle a bit more flare. good tactits on thier part and two very stuiped moves on mine
but good fight all round. Bah! Sorry I couldn't make it. I think this sounds like a load of fun. Hopefully I will be able to participate next time.
i hate to be a pain but iv just noticed somthing if mech keep fighting like this they are going to have better ships just though fighting more than rest of us, while we got EPN, Zion, EPN, Zion i dont think thats fair if you can see were im coming from. im not that fussed i can just see it becoming a problem down the line. This is because the number of registered ships vary greatly. There are only 3 Merovingian ships, each one on a different instance, and no Cypherite ship. Since the Machines have a large number of registered ships on each instance, they have to participate in more battles, than let's say Zion or EPN who only have one enemy that they can face until Merovingian and Cypherites forces start having decent registration, unless Zion and EPN start fighting each other.
In the last weeks, Machine operatives of the Syntax division helped me define the rules of engagement for simulating hovercraft combat in the real. As we all know, the war rages both in the real and in the Matrix and it is essential for operatives to take an active part in both.
In the following days, instructions will be given on how to take part in this war in the real in a more official way, and how ships from all organizations can advance in rank thanks to their skills in strategy, tactics, but also teamwork. More details will come soon, but for now, operatives interested in taking a part in such battles are instructed to familiarize themselves with the rules, available here.
If you have any questions or you think that the rules need clarifications, don't hesitate to ask.
