The General's base of operations within the Matrix has been detected and neutralized, along with many of his combat programs. This in effect marks an end to his military threat within the System.
Be aware that the group of Exiles known as "Project Nine" were found to be assisting the General at his base location. Although their leader, Colonel Strong, was terminated by operative deviljonny, we must anticipate that they have backup programs prepared. Their activities are to be monitored carefully.

Hmm, I had always wondered about the other military group in the Matrix and their relation to the General, looks as though they were acting as base security.
So Colonel Strong was killed but they have "backup programs" in place. i presume this is to explain the fact that Colonel Strong will doubtless reapear - so does this mean that programs are able to create backups of themselves in case of termination? Interesting...is that what happened with Mammon then?

Oh and Proc, i presume it meant that as the ongoing battle at stalingrad had the machines pushing into new areas of the base, and thus new information systems, as they went along. ))
