This thing wont stop coming up when i boot up the game. Every time. Even if i exit the matrix the correct way, still come sup.

The thing is, i'm not crashing! So, is there a way to stop this thing from showing up all the time.

Ok, something in the back of my mind is telling me that there are a few files that you need to delete and it will stop. They would be the generated reports that didn't get sent. The downside is I forgot what ones they were SMILEY

I have to ask, did you hit send? SMILEY

It's probably the patcher that's crashing.

If you'd provide the information requested in these steps, then it may help me track down the cause:

In your MxO install directory (probably c:\program files\Sony Online Entertainment\Matrix Online) delete any files with a .dmp extention. That will fix the problem.

Just to clarify what happens...

  1. MxO crashes and creates a .dmp file.
  2. Next time you run MxO, the launcher detects the .dmp files and tries to submit them.
  3. Once the crash has been reported the .dmp files are deleted.

For some reason your files aren't being deleted so the crash reporter runs everytime you run the launcher.

Y'know, I knew that, but I must've been having a brain freeze at the time, since it never occurred to me to suggest that.  Thanks for the help, Phi!

The cause of the non-deletion of the DMP files is probably a misbehaving antivirus application or overly-strict Windows security policy settings (UAC, for example).

Okay, never mind. If you delete the .dmp files visible in the MxO directory, and for some reason the CCR keeps popping up, make sure to run a "search engine" in your PC.
