Effy u rock!! It's good to have a character that can just be fun yet keep it withing the official story canon. I just wonder what was happening when the sky seemes to go yellow coloured in that screenie!

Sati did say that the sun was jumpy and the Oracle mentioned things haven't been right since the Smith incident. Maybe the sky issues overlap with the anniversary event.
Effie is up to no good. He'll be key in the backstabbing between the General and the Merovingian.

1. Players would have to play as programs, which Rarebit seems reluctant to allow even as Liaisons.
2. More Liaisons needed.
3. At some point or another, I'd think the General would be taken out. And it sounds like although EPN and the Cypherites were originally gonna be knocked out, now they are going to be staying.

2. Rarebit and co are looking for a load of new liasons anyway...way more than we currently have.
3. They weren't going to be knocked out as far as I know...I doubt the general is going away any time soon either.
