Jade screamed in anger and slammed her fist into the steel wall of her cabin aboard the Orestes VII. She had just had another little chat with the "boss", the Frenchman. Recently she had begun to feel a hatred towards him. She didn't like his methods... the way he got things done. Was the Apothecary's death really necessary?
What kind of person orders such a dishonourable act? murder and betrayal. That's what the Merovingian did best. If this was the kind of person they was working for, Jade wasn't going to sit and wait to become nothing more than collateral.
The entire organization was following a dark path that Jade and all of Section 9 didn't want to be on.
The Oracle... what about her? If the Merovingian's plans worked she could be dead soon, leaving her power in the hands of a backstabbing, good for nothing mother--
"Jade...are you ok? A voice came from the doorway. Jade looked over her shoulder and saw her husband, Yuri.
"I'm fine... I just... hate him..," She uttered, slowly turning around as Yuri approached her. Jade Spoke again.
"I don't think we're safe anymore... not even from our own people...," She said. Yuri put his arms around her and held her close.
"Then I guess its time...," He whispered in her ear. He was right. It was time for Section 9 to break away.
(( Section 9 is now no longer aligning itself directly with the Merovingian. We will carry the tag, but consider us a "Neutral" faction from here on ))
