A pvp hotspot is a very different type of pvp style to a whole district being flagged. I'd rather see a district or two be flagged so we can have long chases through different neighborhoods, with the chance of unexpected interference.
RP and PVP are both alive on Vector, if you know where to look. The only problem we have stems from the majority of our population moving over to Recursion to participate in the
Vector Olympics,er, Recursion Olympics or from the original migration of almost every large faction from Vector to Recursion. Dark Mavericks and Furious Angels were once very prominent groups of Mervs and Zion, respectively, until they opted to leave.Personally, I've had a hard time stumbling across RP on Syntax and not so hard a time finding it on Vector. Unless all of the RP that takes place on Syntax happens through tells, I haven't really seen anything outstanding. If anything, I'm more bored to tears over the lack of anything to do on Syntax. With the exception of one person who has helped me quite a lot, I find that my life on Syntax is spent slow and boring. While running missions, I am flagged in the hopes that I'll stumble across someone who is my level to fight. If I stumble across someone who is much higher and they kill me, so be it. At least it's something... I'l just kill them when I am 50 in carebear land.

I would love to be able to log onto any server I want and PvP, LE, RP whatever strikes my fancy at the time. Of course i will always be at home on Syntax, but that's not to say i can't have fun elsewhere.RP and PVP are both alive on Vector, if you know where to look. OT: keep the servers teh way they are and maybe throw a few pvp hot zones on syn and rec just to test the waters?...like they did with teh paci zones on Vector?!
OffT: DM's are alive and well on all 3 servers, more so atm on Syntax and Vector. .....we didnt 'Leave', we spread our wings....at the time teh Drama on Vector was approaching 'Pee wees playhouse' silly. So we decided to check out recursion....our core grinded up and we built up a nice group there....then it was off to Syntax.....we aer also getting stronger there by the day........
For those factions/ppl that want to take full advantage of our 'world'.....spread your wings.....grind up on all 3....its a blast to be able to go any server, any time and have a team of your faction mates ready to go for PVP, RP or wotever might float our boat!!!
Dark Maverick for Life....
Doc!

If you want PvP there is a whole server dedicated to it.
