In Gamespots official character profile page it had various info on Trinity including the fact that it takes minutes for the brain to die.

Indeed, Trinity could have been saved by the scuttling machines at the crash, but why would they want to? I believe the Machines had still had hostile intentions against the Zionites, afterall, this was before the machines halted the Imminent doom of the Zionites in the temple.
They may have decided to use Trinity to their advantage?

Anyway, cool screenshot but it's just a normal EPN RSI staring at Neo's cody RSI, like kou_ourake (starschwar, isn't it?) said. The only logical explaination is that we are probably gonna see more of EPN and Neo's RSI in the next chapter. Everything else is merely speculation.

niobe used a hack the ground smas to get to morpheus and gives him the last cheat code vial which is then used to bring back neo, who timetravels back to just before they crash and hits.............the brakes.
its just crazy enough to work.
on a more conspiricay theorist note : maybe epn get ahold of a cheat vial and reconstitute neos shell.
still not much use without his mind though, thats still in the machine city with morpheus. :p

Hmm... certainly controversal.
I dunno about brining Trinity back into the story. She died for a reason. It had symbolism. Purpose. Resolution.
I much prefer, bear in mind this is personal preference, a nice meaningful end to the One's other half, his motivation, his love, what made him different, what really ended the war, what really ended the cycle.
I've actually always really liked the idea of Trinity being used (remember the assassin memos) by the machines as a basis or as deeper research into the human emotional pysche to develop Pace. It gives trinity a legacy. A hope for a brighter future. For togetherness. Something Neo beleived in, something he fought for.
I think i would actually, seriously, feel quite 'betrayed' if the story brought her back. 
Unless of course it was handled in a totally awesome, fitting, Brothers directed, way.
That said, the theory of Sarah is definately interesting, though the simularities to trinity seem to outweigh that. Unfortunately.
Also, why is everyone refering to the Neo RSI as if it was a stable thing you carry about like a suitcase? That can be stored in Zion or stolen by EPN? It's a loose collection of Neo Frags crudely brought together by human coders (We all know the shapers are the only ones who can do it right) thus can likely be pulled apart, stored in its indivisual components then recompiled at will. That and morpheus kinda made it suddenly appear and dissapear rather than holding it behind his back all the time. lol.
Keep in mind that EPN Female NPC's look exactly like Trinity, meaning that there's still a strong chance that that isn't her.

Im just spitting out diffrent theorys, none of what i say i am claiming to be the truth just ideas.
The woman in the pic is Sarah Edmontes with Trinity's mind in the body and she finds her way back to the Neo Fragments and uses them to become whole and the one. The machines Salvaged Trinity's mind, and kept it hidden as a back up plan if another "Smith" threat or somthing similar was to arise. Useing the anomoly, as a weapon that can keep the matrix safe.
If the Machines indeed do have neo's body, they might could use that as a bargining chip to convince Sarah (Trinity) to do what they need her to do and fight what ever threat is at hand.
Sorta like the love between Neo and Trinity makes a new "One"

But I agree that EPN is a product of Morpheus' example. I just can't wait til Morpheus comes back, takes the EPN helm and he and Lock have it out about Niobe sneaking into Morpheus' therapy sessions and doing things that would make Lock look like more of a fool than he already is.

There is no doubt Anbuis that is Neo's RSI. Back in the Morpheus and Hunt for the One event's, Morpheus would show that RSI Shell during his meetings and I remember it cleary at the Uriah Club. Many believed it was lost when Morpheus died. As the Orgs rushed to grab the Shapers during the event. Many had different Objectives. Zion wanted to use them to rebuild Neo, Merv's I am not clear of, and Machines of course wanted to prevent that from what I know. On the server I was on (Method) , The Collective grabbed the majority if not all the Shapers and Neo wasn't rebuilt. Seeing this brings back Memories and looks like we have alot in store for us.

If they are going to use that to further the story, and not actually bring him back great. But please, Walrus, we know your the producer and what you say either goes or has alot of weight in the storyline so please, please, PLEASE do not give in to the lowest common denominator and bring Neo back. Honestly, that would be the ultamate "god mod player kills off character infront of everyone and two weeks later pops him back up as if nothing happened" POS that anyone could do.
Even if it is a fake Neo, an impersonator, ABANDON THAT PLAN. Neo died in the movies, leave him there, for the sake of the story.
