Hopefully the client crash issue is resolved soon as its effecting many ppl.
Just have to say the zombies are a great addition to this years Masquerade. I had a blast last nite in Furihata beatin up on them. I also got the Gargoyle and Tengu mask in the process. Finnaly I can use all this Holy Water! Zombies FTW!! Braaiiins lol
FYI the pumpkin image is giving a 404 error, may want to check the URL you used.
Here's also hoping that the new CS system allows images to be uploaded and more than one ticket to be open at once. Also, is /bug going to use the same system? You only mentioned /ccr and /report so could we have clarification as to how bug reporting will work now?

Hrm. Image path looks okay to me. You may have just connected to a server the pic hasn't pushed out to yet. Try refreshing.
The CS system should allow attachments. The Bug reporting system is not changing--it will continue to work as it does now.
Good to hear that attachments will be possible for /ccrs shame the /bug system isn't changing as sending images for bugs may have helped too. As for the image, I'm still getting:

Thank you for the Halloween event! I am having so much fun and it is more than I ever expected! 
Yeah, this Halloween event has been an absolute frickin' blast. I haven't really messed around much with the pumpkins, but the zombies are great. And dang, have I missed these black nights. Good job all around.
And nice pumpkin.

Don't listen to the nay-sayers. I've been loving the event so far, especially the constant harrassment by the zombies. They really do feel like a legion.

I love the event its totally awesome the zombies coming in non stop waves are great you wouldnt be playing res evil and saying woa guys give me a break here, they would be eating you anyway good work with the pumpkin looks awesome thanks for the great event Devs.
Halloween is great and that pumpkin looks cool.

I noticed the new help system 2 weeks ago and found it interesting that in effect MxO will have gone full circle in regards to it's support system, but it's great to see that we'll be able to submit stuck petitions for our own characters out of game again and get them responded to by the GM's who can fix it.
And woohoo for being able to have multiple petitions AND see petitions that you've submitted in the past (unless thats going to be changed)

Pumpkin is great Walrus, nice job, i looked at all the pumpkins for other the other SOE games, Kinda shows how much mxo is really left outa the SOE family compared to EQ2 SWG and Planetside. But yours is the best, glad to know we got a Head hancho that loves us so much

I think the MXO pumpkin brought the ownage to the others...
The SOE one, I was like: "Where the hell is the SOE... Oh... that kinda looks like... and that might be a... hmm..."
You might fix the problem with your glow sticks with small cuts for additional sticks to sit in... or perhaps use some corn holders to have them set on in the sides.
