Typically I would say SOE HQ would be the place to go.

In the mean time I'd work on your grammar and general sentance structure. Uneducated teens rarely get hired into positions of comunity leadeship.

Instead of doing that you could have also just kicked him in the nuts and named him Sherly.

This boys and girls is a classic example of OWNADGE.

Enjoy it while it lasts, lets bask in it. Ahhhh.

If WoW is anything to go by as a comparison, you need a broad background, interest in gaming but also web activities skills, that means a GM need to be able to understand how things work.

Mind you, SOE is not Blizzard but... look at this, is the list of GM requirements for WoW in Europe:

MISSION

  • In-Game Incidents:
Answer community incidents via in-game tools and e-mail
Answer technical incidents or forward them to technical support team
  • Handle and manage the community:
Solve harassment, insults, and racism issues
Help new players learn the game
Follow official and non-official websites and forums to stay informed about the community
  • Make a weekly report to the Team leader and centralize the GM's input
  • Handle and centralize bug reports; GMs should identify recurrent bugs and include them in the weekly reporting

YOU

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in your working languages
  • Previous experience in Online / Web activities
  • A strong motivation & high level of commitment
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Autonomy and rigor are requested skills
  • Passion for playing MMORPGs
  • Good knowledge of World of Warcraft
  • Willing to relocate

PLUSES

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • MMORPG working experience
  • Knowledge of community tools (IRC, forums, etc...)
  • Knowledge of other European languages

Yes... Well it would seem I was pwnt.

Although, I'm not applying for a job and that number of typos isn't bad for replying on an iPAQ in a moving car. SMILEY

Yet the point remains... phi = owned.
