BILLING QUESTION ?!? & Patch System Error (-15)

It is 745am, I was jacked in a few hours ago (everything ran smoothly, patches are up to date, I've not had a problem ever jacking in, I DO have internet connection)...

Now when I open MXO, a window pops up and says: Patch System Error (Result Code -15). The MXO box then says: Received unexpected result code from pather (0).

My account ran out October 11, and I submitted my credit card information a little while ago. It took the new information (it replaced the old billing info) and it did say that the charge was confirmed. However, the billing date still reads "Account open until Oct 11, and Next billing date Oct 11".

Anyone know what's going on? Please help me figure out what to do. Thank you.

Yea That is happening to me too i can't Jack in. But last time it did the same thing i closed it

Re-Open The Matrix and click Accept and i could play now it won't. Why does it do it???

Thanks... the only reason I was really questioning it... was

1) My subscription info hasn't updated, yet says I was charged and,

2) It shows on my xfire that someone is playing MXO

As for the billing thing, pass, if it shows as charged then im sure its just waiting to be updated.

I had this problem as well and didnt know what to do as I have only been playing for a month. But since it said a file was missing under the error code -15 i decided to uninstall and reinstall. After I did that it now says that the game cannot connect because my internet is inactive. I havent just perma screwed it by uninstalling have I?

You did WHAT? Well it shouldn't make a diverence, really. I think. I can't begin to tell why its screwing up the internet thing but I can tell you it most likely has nothing to do with the game. But why wonna reinstall so much patch stuff and things you will be patching a year. Have fun... when it works.
