cant remember my old account name

i had an account when the game first started(1st day)
but i had to quit the game about a week after because my computer wasnt ready to handle online games yet unfortunately
now i have a new computer and im wondering if theres somewhere i could retrieve my old name?
i tried using my current station login and inputing my old account key...but i guess its still being used on my old account
any suggestions?

You will need to visit:

https://secure.station.sony.com/mxo/index.vm

and convert your old Monolith account to a Station account. You should be able to specify your existing sation account as the account to attach the game to. Try and avoid making a new station account if you can. Otherwise you will have to log in with one station account to use these forums, and the other to use the other forums. (when they fix the forum security properly SMILEY )
