Please help me restore my Task Manager, no matter how many restarts or shutdowns I do, my task manager still has no window. Here is a screenshot...

I think I hit some keys and it did this, but I can't get it back. I tried everything I know of for Windows Hotkeys, so please any help will greatly be appreciated!
