The CSRs have not been able to find any record that I indeed had earned a Zion Requisition Hardware. What can I do?

I have to say that this is a very bad idea. Pressuring someone to 'give in' after they have already investigated the issue and are resolute in their decision will only lead to Bad Things™. However, sending a new ticket to the in-game guys, being detailed and polite, and requesting help directly from a supervisor, will put your ticket into the hands of the people who can make exceptions. These guys will need to make the final decision.
