there are three possible causes for the tests to come out like this:
1. Your computer is not connected tot he Internet. As you are able to post here, this is an unlikely reason.
2. Your computer has a program or setting that is preventing access to matrixonline.com addresses. This can be a software program like a firewall, or an addition to the Hosts file on your computer that redirects access from our servers to a non-existant Internet address.
3. your ISP has lost connectivity with one of it's providers, or there is a break ont he patch between you and our servers that is preventing access to part of the Internet, and we happen to be located in that part.
Try fully removing your antivirus and firewall software temporarily, and then run the game again. If that does not work, contact your ISP and show them the traces. They should be able to figure out where the break in connectivity is ocurring and get a fix implemented.
