4% Accuracy Shirts

I was just looking at different collectors items and when i saw Taggart's Pipeline, it made me think of something. That shirt gives 4% virall accuracy, then Squad Leader's Shirt gives 4% ballistic accuracy. Unfortunately, as far as I've seen, there is nothing that gives 4% accuracy bonus to Melee or Thrown. I know its not a huge difference, but it sure would be nice if all could have one 4% item.
