stun abilties have been tweaked down, however some stun abilties are so tweaked down that the effects last at most 1 second
I have seen mobs get "stunned" and never stop running
the stun in question is the stun asociated with enhanced weapons
several guns in game that have a chance of causing stun... are never causing stun

mainly the enhanced guns
however the description on the lancent, stinger and the needler says it has a 5 sec stun chance however it is also shorter than that, not quite as short as the stun from enhanced weapons

Client side lag in many cases will frequently make a 5second stun appear effectively negligible....I would tend to agree the overall nerfing of stuns is a very positive move but has gone a little too far.

I can go into the recipes that I have and check all guns that Stun
to see the difference between the current version and the
CR 2.0 Version.  I will try and post the results tonight

the one gun that I have seen it alot on would be the enhanced enhanced bradly sniper rifle
also... what gives a sniper rifle has about the same range as a normal rifle?
