The movement + penalty idea sounds pretty good.
Or maybe make it have a penalty when moving faster than a walk.
That could make things interesting, tactically.

Fairly easy:

Handguns - Free fire while running at only a Small penalty.
SMGs - Free fire while running at a Medium penalty.
Rifles - Free fire whilerunning at a Large penalty.

-10, -20 and -40% accuracy?

Or base it on your buffed movement speed - the higher the speed, the larger the penalty.

nice idea, but the current system has you point at the person you are shooting when the shots are fired...try running away when you have clicked free fire on a target atm and you will see this is impossible with the current animation system!

*CENSORED* are you talking about... Free fire while running would be the best thing to happen to combat!!! Why do we have to settle for standing still whilst someone gets away just so that they can come back with a full health bar. If I'm pvp'ing in the matrix which I shell out for yearly, why can't I do what I saw in the movies??? If your going to change something, change the shotty animation system. Booyah!

And free fire martial arts?? *CENSORED* is that!? Get real, when is hitting someone with a punch or kick considered "Firing". If anything they should have a small debuff for people wanting to pwn nubs who run away. Im so frustrated...
