At least in terms of filming, an option to turn off the green interlock reticles is very much needed.  We have a pool of immense talent in this community when it comes to making in-game movies, and I think the quality of those movies would be lost just a little bit if those green circles were visible every time a fight took place.
We already have the option to turn off hacker effects and player text, which helps make our movies easier to watch.  Just the same, we should have the option to remove the interlock reticles.

Interlock reticles should come off with the UI, or the effects. Can we tie it into one or the other?

Well, how about tieing the target circles in with the option to turn off hte combat text overlay we have in live? (not sure if it's in QA, since I always have them turned off - but I heard they were going away, I think) - that should be fairly easy?

You can also tell by checking your damage and the damage of your opponent, or by speed reading the system area chat... SMILEY

Besides - isn't the combat text gone in CR2 anyway?
