You know, if I remember correctly in the LESIG rulebook, not one liason is not suppose to show favoritism to any one specific faction. The higher ups (Walrus, Rarebit) can hurt their position in the Matrix. So, she either didn't know she was being filmed, or she is about to lose a job.
Also there is the fact she isnt Keterina, who knows. =p

I never once said org in that last statement. Faction meaning SOTI is not the same as org meaning EPN. Didn't everyone know that? Favoritism to one org is a liason's job. Favoritism to one faction is the liason doing something special for one faction and no one else. Again, not sure how it goes in the rulebook. Also, it's not just me asking that question.
Well, to be honest, we were surprised she agreed to participate.
Also, the highly respectable Keterina is not one to show favoritism to just one faction. I don't know how things work over there with Alsos and Soluma, but it strikes me odd to how you responded. Sounds like jealousy, TBH.

No, not at all. Just popped in my head, this actually happened to my faction a while back, and someone threatened the LESIG with the same statement, and the LESIG backed off, thats why I brought it up. That was actually when the mole in our faction was still around..

Keterina's main char isn't a SOTI member so I doubt that's a problem.

Umm.. That goes on the lines of us approaching them when they're online, while still remaining in RP. Which means, that'd have to be willing to cooperate with the PET storyline at the same of doing their own jobs. So, I guess that they can't "help" with PET events, but rather, be "involved".

tbh i'd like to make it part of lesigs remit to be involved in player events....Entropi was in a fair few to begin with for instance....where there is an established player event forum they could sign up there and co-ordinate stuff in the background etc....of course I would like lesig members to get some benefits from this atm it seems a one way street =/

It's a shame DR merged with SOTI.

SOTI (Shadows of the Infinite) has been around since BETA unlike 99.9% of all your factions that last about 3 weeks.
A strong faction is not determined solely by it's size but instead by it's unity. We have seen the ups and downs that any factions goes through, the diffference is were still here we have fought the rough times were most other factions simply break up due to childish and immature leadership and/or members.
So next time anybody else wants to slam us..please think of your own factions and were they are today..if your one of the lucky ones that still has a long standing faction..much props..but please show some respect.

SOTI is indeed one of the factions that have remained from beta, whereas there are many new factions that have risen and fallen quite easily (and quickly at that). While respect should be given where it is deserved, I suppose it is all a matter of your opinion on the subject. I, personally, respect any faction that has survived on since beta, but its sad to see that there are many factions that just don't hold the same light as they once had.

Unfortunately, while I do have respect for the "Shadows of the Infinite" name, I just don't see anything anymore, on the exterior, that SOTI has attempted to do to remind people of their long standing affiliation to their beta name ( I would say org, but they went EPN
). Perhaps they have remained the same type of faction internally within their ranks, but the initiative that once existed in their drive for MxO (primarily rp), has very much diminished in my opinion. Perhaps it came with the death of Morpheus and their support for EPN, but I would very much like to see a similar SOTI that existed in Beta and shortly after launch.Yet, I guess that can be said for almost all of the "beta factions" now... All have changed over time, and many of them are under new leadership (most of which is still a beta member), or have completely disappeared or merged with another faction. It's always fun to look back on screenshots of the original live events to see who was there "way back when...". Shadows of the Infinite were, and those are typically the times that I remember the most about MxO. Sure, recent events with factions now are memorable, but I think many people enjoyed the whole beta to launch faction vs faction atmosphere. It used to be, fighting with a purpose.

Soti Is crap. I was in that faction a while back and I left on good terms but since then they recurit crappy players with no respect and bad attitudes. One of the reasons why i left was because I was sick of just PVP'ing and no rp. I have held my mouth far long enough. SOTI u guys suck, 65, is a idiot and I lost all respect for rxu, u r an idiot. I'll see u guys in game to peel you off my boot when i punt you punks. Good luck on the movie. ./slap

This thread was started to announce a movie that is soon to be released. The poster and the post show no names and is not pointing any fingers in any directions. ALl those who have replied thinking it's directed at them are assuming those intentions but the reality is no one will know until the movie is released.
But even if you know, this post was sopopsed to be anti-flame and more of an advertising spot, it's unfortunate people have turned it to a mini flame war but look at these 2 pages and youll see the ussuall suspects that appear at any and all forum flame parties.

SOTI, good luck with the movie, can't wait to see it. However, in order to get respect, you need to give respect in return. Sure you guys are from BETA, but so were a lot of ML members too, even if ML wasnt around since BETA, they have been here since the 1st week of release, and that is longer than most of the other factions on Vector. The 1st original 4 members who made ML were SMOK3, Trisun, Kiloph, and I. Yes, SOTI may not have said anything on the forums, but that doesn't mean that we didn't hear anything in game though. Calling us kids, zion wannabes, and us having no loyalty to Morpheus and that EPN has more loyalty to Morpheus than us are very extreme comments from people who have been here for over a year and working with them might I add. Some people have the right to be upset when stuff like this happens, it is a part of life.

All I am saying is that people have a right to be upset over stuff that has happened in the past that didn't need to be brought up. Whats interesting is that since WIlli's departure we have only recreuited 1 person, the rest are members from DR who recently merged with us and are all very pleasant and great people to work with.
And in regards to the movie, Insertion I will say this due to the nature of the movie itself , some people will like it and others won't it's a sensitive subject but someone had to cover it.

I have to go in 30 minutes and won't be home until 5pm est, and then I have to leave again around 7 until 11-12am.
