Hi, Im Sepet from Crew CRUXCODE, on this week all my crew have problem with crew and faction Functions, we try to disband and rejoin a new one but there's nothing to do....
Any suggestion??
Anyone have the same problem???

Hi,
i also got a problem with my faction / crew window since my crew leader disbandend our crew. i am not able to open the faction / crew window or to create a new crew and i don't know what to do now.
Sepet: when you walk around in the world and you look to your characters name, do you see a org behind it? If not, you have a crew bug. I always call it neutral :smileywink: nice to use in pvp :smileytongue:
Anyway, if it's not that, then please post a bit more info.

So did you rejoined a other crew/faction or not? Cause if the captain disbands a crew, you aren't in that faction anymore.

Hi None, once ago i can see under my name the faction name, but now i see only the name, but if u click on me the details reveal that i'm in a crew CRUXCODE and a Faction Oneironauts, also when i start the game on the message board the system send me a message like that : "there's a problem uploading your crew info, crew functions are disabled) , and same for Faction.
We try to join a foreign crew then we leave ,and reform cruxcode, but it works only for that session of play , when we recconnect the problem are back......

I'm a Oneironaut, too, and the Belteshazzar had the same problem a while ago. Hypnos and The Joseph crews didn't have the problem. The Belteshazzar problem got fixed with the patch a few weeks ago, but I'm sorry to hear that your crew missed it.
There is a thread in Technical Support (I think) where you can report your problem, and it will be "looked at". Since there's nothing more you can do, I would just start there. Good luck, and I hope to see you in Faction Chat soon.
SEPET, if you haven't done so already, please read and post the required information in this topic so that the QA team have more information to work on.
However, at this time the CSRs cannot fix the bug. But you are in luck. This bug usually fixes it self during a server reboot and as we have a patch coming later this week, your faction/crew info should work again after the patch. It's not long to wait, maybe 2 or 3 days =)
