Well yea i think it would be cool if the cooldown's on skills were longer than the effects they cause because that way if one person in say MA hits u with misdirect punch , he can just use that before it ends and keep that state on you. I think it would make fighting alot more interesting and take more skill if you had it so the cool down's were longer than the effects they caused so then people would mix up their skills and builds. Just a suggestion give some feed back SMILEY

ok i messed up my example so heres another one....

Say you have Disarming shot and you hit them with it in combat and they are disarmed= lowered roll's then 2 seconds before that they hit you again and keep you disarmed and you couldnt out roll this because of the lowered rolls because you dont have your weapon and RCT only helps your weapons...

melee attacks disarm u anyway, that sucks

make it so that only grab attacks can disarm with melee, and make a resistance to disarm (like u have DR and VD)

my 2cents

I disagree with your point on making Grab the only weapon-disarm option, because even in real life, grappling isn't the only way to get a weapon out of someone's hands (provided you are fast, good, and all that, you could attack, say their throat or some other vital point); a good amount of sharp, disabling (even momentary) pain could easily work.

But I DO agree with the increased Reuse-Time for some interlock moves, especially in the realm of PvP; I mean 10 seconds is just too quick for a move like Misdirect Punch or the like-- I think it kinda makes it boil down to a formula of just hitting the moves in the right sequence to spam States on your opponent, and with the short Reuse time, you could do that so many times in one fight.
