Cinematics Issue

Hey guys. Got a little bit of a problem. Just yesterday I decided to watch all the cinematics (yeah, I thought you saw them as you did criticals so I never watched them). When I went to go play them, the "Movie Player" opened and was black for awhile. It was obviously loading. One it loaded it started to play, but it was LAGGY as hell. Extremely choppy and laggy. Still can't figure the problem out and I was wondering if anyone can help me? Thanks in advance! :smileyhappy:

Hmm, not sure what the specific problem is with your system or client.  Perhaps run a defrag if you haven't in awhile, unload any unnecessary applications, remove spyware etc.

If that doesn't work out try this post for directly downloading them or watching them in a browser window.

It's probably due to the movies being streamed directly now instead of being downloaded with the patch, so now I just watch them out of game instead (not the ideal solution, but a good one to fix the problem in any case). What your probably experiencing is the lag during the stream, so try closing the window and reopening the same cinematic again which should play better.

The best answer still stands, go to This Thread and right click on the "Click here to Download" link and click save as.

Then once it's downloaded, you can watch it lag free outside of the game.
