Loading character problem..

Hi guys, i need some help..

While the game is loading, when comes to the "character loading" than the game just stays there.. and nothing else happens, it freezes..

How can i fix this and play normally??

If you continuously have this error, please PM me with your Station name, your server name, and your character name. I can tyr to kick the character out for you. also, does this occur on multiple characters, or just one?
