Organizational Broadcasts Not Showing

Ever since the second Live Event, entitled "Nightfall," I have been unable to view Organizational Broadcast messages. Either in the System area of my chat screen, or at the upper left-hand corner where they should be.

Back during the Monolith days, I put in a /ccr about this and they said it was some sort of database error on server-side. Something to do with my game profile. They never fixed it, nor did they get back to me.

I'm curious if SOE's tech support team has encountered this issue, and if they have, have they found a solution?

Does this occur on multiple machines, or persist across multiple installs of the game?

Hello, CoryS.

Yes. My computer has gone through several re-installs of MxO, and re-installs of the Windows operating system after hardware upgrades(new motherboard/processer, new hard drives).

I believe something is wrong with my character database profile server-side. I'm hoping you can look into it for me.
