Today I logged in and ever since when I hyper jump the graphics stutter heavely. I never saw this effect and always played very smooth, I havent changed a single thing on my game computer (thats right I have a computer where only one or two games are on installed and nothing else is done on it, not even surfing, etc.)
I get very good framerates on the ground as usually, but the ascending and descending while hyperjumping is unusuallly choppy/slow..
Am I seeing ghosts or does anyone have this too ?

In the short amount of time I have been ingame today, this has also happened to me very often. I don't know if I can help much, mabye it's just lag? :smileyindifferent:

Yeah the only explaination is connection lag or server lag, as I get remarkable performance as always even at full crowded Mara C, but hyperjumping no way, chopy choppy :^

Often these lag effects are caused by client-server lag (something else is slowwing you net connection down) or area map loading delays.
Since you say things are fine at Mara C it's probably area loading lag.
Steps to help remedy this:
Check you aren't running any other programs that you normally wouldn't.
Move any screenshots in your MxO directory ( C:\Program Files\Monolith Productions\The Matrix Online ) to another folder.
Defragment your hard drive.
Reboot your computer.
Run MxO

Have you tried the previous steps listed? Also, try doing some regular performance tewaks- run a defrag on the machine, reduce the background tasks to as few as possible, run the game in a higher performance mode, etc. If you are forcing anti-aliasing, turn it off and try again. Also, try temporarily renaming your Profiles folder to Profiles1 and then logging in. This resets your In-Game UI settings (as well as your map markers and a few other things). Do NOT remove this folder yet.
Try the game again. If it runs faster and smoother, you may want try migrating some of your settings from the old profile to the new one. Just move the files over one at a time (I will try to get a list together of what each file is for-if you already know what each individual file does, post here or let me know).
Fickey has previously let us know that pblip.cfg is your map markers. If you know what the others are, post it here.

The choppyness went away the day after it, I have a strong feeling that it was server lag or client-server lag, not computer performance. I have a system over 4000$ (dont ask Im in the computer business) which I only use for gaming and by only I really mean only, Im not opening one webpage on this machine, it has no other software then games and even then I install/keep a max. of 3 games installed. Thus machine wise no way.
Thanks for the replies though, hope the issue will stay away.

I don't doubt you- it's just suggested because this board is for client-side troubleshooting only. If the lag is server-side, the Devs need to be made aware with a /bug. if it persists through a reboot of the servers, that needs to be /bug'd too.
