Yesterday was my first day playing and I was able to play fine. Today, I haven't been able to play all day becuase the game freezes at the "Loading World" screen everytime. Sometimes the load gets a quarter of the way, sometimes half, but it always freezes eventually. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Does it ever go all the way then fully load but nothing happens? You just stay at the screen where the computers are? I could check your settings one time over too see if there compatable it that doesnt help Send a ccr.
No, it usually only goes about half way.
Try toggling a Full System Scan at the Launcher. Toggle it where you enter your name and password, not on the EULA screen, and see if it requires patching. it is possible some of the files in your game directory need to be updated.
You may also want to go to your MxO directory (C:\Program Files\Monolith Productions\The Matrix Online\ by default) and look for your Profiles folder. Right-click this folder and choose "Rename" and name it "Profiles1". Try to log in again after this.
