i am unable to get past loading char screen on recursion has the serevr crashed

There were some problem with one of the zone boxes on the Recursion server after yesterday's update. This morning, Update 40 was supposed to be officially pushed. This may be cause the problem. Are other players on Recursion having the same issue?
