My crew mate hasn't been able to sign in, keeps getting this message-->
He speaks german (little english), so I'm posting for him. Any suggestions on what to do??

Tell him to go here and log in and make sure that his billing information is correct and that there isn't a problem with it.
If there isn't an obvious problem then go here and use the live chat feature to find out what the problem is with his account and how it can be fixed. The live chat is open for 9 more hours today.
