I had this same problem when I logged in Wiire to Uriah. Also this happened to my other character, Codeka, in another location. Can't recall where though.

This is what I get, different message than last time (yes, this isn't the first time I've had trouble logging in). Thanks for fixing it last time, I never got around to saying so.
I've done system restores, full scans, reinstallations...the works. Figured I'd try it all before I came and bugged you guys again.

Load up the launcher and before pressing accept, press full system check then press accept. Allow the launcher to restart, then once it's restarted press accept. When prompted for your login details press full system check again and then log into the game.

Still getting the same message for xXSNAKEXx on the Vector-Hostile server. "Character already in use according to the Object Server suppervisor"...
Hmm...My tool does nto show any characters in use right now. I've tried kicking them all from the game. Of you stillc annot login after completing a full scan fromt eh EULA screen, and the login screen, I'll see if there's something lse we can do for these.

If you can get online with another character, please use /ccr from the game to request assistance from a GM. I don't have access to the tools needed to fix this for you.
If you cannot log in from another character, submit the petition from station.com/email. Be sure to choose The Matrix Online as your Product and In-Game as your category.
Tell the Gm the character name and server name that this happens to, the exact text of the error, and that Tech Support has already tried kicking the character for you. Twice.

well i was able to log in on a level 7 character that i never play anymore
my main character is unable to log in , i still get the same error, i patch and everything.
i did a /ccr and submitted a ticket, but maybe you could try to kick my character again

Neither of my three characters Asmundr on recursion and Steelle and MidnightSnack on Syntax can login. I get to the loading world screen and I can hear the "code sound" and then it freezes and I have to shut my computer down. Any help?

Sorry about that Cory. Yes, I'm here. Phi made the post for me while I CCR'd the issue. Just let me know what you need from me because my other character keeps logging in without an org, and can't stay in any factions. I was trying to make a crew earlier, but I'm scared too now cause I don't want to lose the crew name due to my hideous multi character faction bug.

The in-game team may have a workaround, and they'll let you know as soon as they respond to your ticket. We'll try logging in from here to see if we also get a dual-character-login problem, and then try to fix the cause.

hey guys, same song, different verse as my last problem. The Computer Crashes at the Loading Screen when it says "Starting World". My alts work fine, so I don't think it's comp related.
