Hello im new.

Im going to play a full MA with some guns and would like to know how to set up a good character.

I want to play as a Tank with decent damage.

Was thinking of KungFu+Karate with some pistols in it...

I was in the beta and dont know if the system changed...but i remember i was pretty good.

They introduced statistics like toughness, focus, etc? Which ones i should develop the most?

There actually isn't a character builder, which I'm surprised no one has ever made one.

For Tank use aikido/karate or if you want guns use aikido/duelist. Aikido makes one of the best tanks.

what about aikido-FU? buffs from aikido and kung fu?

How can you be a tank without VD? If anything go aikido/patcher with fast heal 1.0 & 2.0 and combat enhancement.

im going aikido Master kung fu Grand Master.
