For what is that?

What can I do with these retaliate tactics?

it means when you are hit the chance of you out rolling the next time is greater.

I'm pretty sure "Retaliate Tactics" is the grab icon name when you are using guns in interlock.  So enhancing that would make you roll higher when using that Tactic type.

what he said is correct.

Retaliate tactics are mainly for duelists, you need to get someone off balance to use some special moves from the duelist and gunslinger trees. However depending on what level you are if you can load a mix of MA moves with your dual hand guns, dont worry about getting people off balance, the time spent actually getting them off balance you could just use a few MA specials instead that would deal more damage and cause more negative effects such as powerless and enraged.

I've HEARD, but not verified that the difference between the tactics is as follows:

  1. Speed - Highest damage, lowest to-hit rolls

  2. Power - Medium damage, armor-piercing (ignores a portion of damage resistance), medium to-hit rolls.

  3. Retaliate - Lowest damage, highest to-hit rolls.

Dunno how true it is, but when I'm taking a beating I always start using Retaliate and usually make my way out.

Speed, Power and Grab are martial arts normal moves. Speed is blue, Power is red and Grab is green.
Burst and Retaliate are gunman moves. Burst is blue, Retaliate is green. I don't know how the red move is called for gunmen.
The names indicate what you should use. For example: I have a shirt that boosts Retaliate tactics. That means I have to use the green move with a gun for the boost to work. If something has grab tactics, then that means I have to use no gun but still the green move for it work.

Reason why green rolls out higher is because your opponent's weakness could be the green move.

I think it works something like this (I think, do not know for sure):

Kung Fu's/SMG's best normal move is blue - I roll higher with the blue move when I use Kung Fu
Karate's/Riflemen best normal move is red

Aikido's/Duellists best normal move is green

When, for example, someone loaded Kung Fu and Karate then the weakness is green.
I also heard that Analyze Weakness displays your opponents weakness, never tested that myself though.

Red does more dmg to MAs/Gunmen and rolls the lowest too in my opinion.

Actually, Blue "does the most dammage" but it also has the most dammage absorbed.
Red has peircing effect and while it doesn't do as much base dmg as blue, it will do more real, tangible dammage to your opponent.

BTW, there are more buffs for retailliate tact than any other move out there.

It means when you take damage usually from Abilitys you will have a chance to outroll your opponent depending on your opponents defense(Focus/Belief) and your retaliate.

Red only rolls low when your Perception isn't very high.
