Does having either of these abilities active in Interlock prevent Dazed/Staggered/Off-Balance from occuring when you hit?

Yes it does. I used to have precise Blow but when I found out it prevents me from Staggering my oppenent I got rid of it immediatly.It also prevents from dazing and off-balance.

Something like that should really be written in the description of the ability, I was using it for ages as Duelist and wondered why they never went off-balance, forgot to activate it once and they went off-balance on the first grab! Thanks for your help

It's not written as it's not "as intended", the fact that statuses aren't being caused is due to a bug in those abilities.

No wonder I couldn't daze any opponents after I turned it on!

technique keeps ur rolls down by about 20pts i think, but i certainly
does lower them so i would reccomend losing it @ bout lvl 17, it doesnt
seem to affect the lower(ish) lvls as much as higher lvls
