Weirdest thing ive seen is them using like fire crackers. Well sorta.
Relox told me he was hearing bomb sounds, so i went to check it out..I heard them to and eventualy caught a NPC doing an action then a bomb sound. Was random.
Was by moriah projects east a while ago.

This morning while running my crit, there was a Blackwood Goof looking on the ground for something near an old abandoned car. He'd walk a few steps, look, then scratch his head, or yell out in frustration. At one point he did a /kickdoor on the car. Then he moved about 10 feet over to some barrels, looked at the ground again, and then did a /cheer and gave me the thumbs up. Guess he found "it".

Had a funny one earlier this week...had a mission in Dannah Heights, and as I was running to the stairs in the building, I saw something through a hole in one of the walls. I backtracked to find a gang member waving at me. I ran around inside the building until I got into the gang member's room, and then they walked over to me and just kept waving.

The weirdest thing i ever seen a spawn do, was have 2 guys half way out of the ground..and 2 more go walking around and blow up the same car and then look at me and laugh about it in mood shifty..(meanwhile, the other 2 are still lagging halfway out of the ground) I wish i had screens( I suck and never have on pwn detail at the right times ><" width="15" height="15" /> .. this happened a few weeks ago at the moriah e hardline when I was missioning DarthLezel to 50

I think the car bomb takes the cake, heh.
But the funniest thing I have ever seen was when I was coming out of a building, two demon army guys were looking at eachother and arguing with eachother. They were doing the /talkagressive at eachother and stomped their foot. It was halarious.

That reminds me of a time when we came out of a mission and saw two gang members in Magog arguing with each other -- which we then came to the conclusion that they were arguing over who's fault it was that they're friend lay dead next to them. :S

my favorite was about a month after launch. i was by the white lotus and all the mobs in the area were bugged. they would come from throughout the neighborhood and meet in front of the white lotus. had to be nearly every mob and i could start fighting with them, then they would all disappear. wait a few minutes and they all would come back.
i got screens but they are on a back up disk and i dont feel like rummaging.

Just been running on Morrae, and something odd happened when I was on the border of Gracy Heights and Southard: I was "kiting" a Crusher, when I happened to come within range of a bunch of Guillotines, which then proceeded to open fire on me. I suspect the two gangs are in cahoots, since one of the Guillotines started casting heals on the Crusher.
I also had a blast playing tag with some Guillotines: I was on an overpass, when some of them tried shooting at me. I ran down a ramp off the overpass, and they came running up to meet me. So I Hyperjumped up onto the overpass again, then as they ran up after me, I HJed back down to the spot where they'd been hanging out.

I think I found these guys when I was farming Chopper keys on Sieges's brother: One guy was by turns doing that ballet pirouette or that stoopid monkey dance, while his buddy kept cheering, clapping or whistling at him, and a third guy kept crossing his arms at the other two.

We were hanging around in Club Hel the other night ( a faction leader of ours had just gotten the Meet With Flood mission) and one of the drunk Merv operative NPCs hanging around the balcony suddenly started doing that dumb monkey dance and wouldn't stop. Guess the guy was definately an ex-Zionite.

After helping someone with a Stat Hack mission, i was surprised to find a Brick Swamper in the middle of Eshean, imagine my further surprise when i discovered he was infact...The Drunken J Walker!
Here he is loitering rather drunkenly in the middle of the road.
Here he is having a sneaky beverage at the side of the road.
Here he is drunkenly walking infront of an oncoming vehicle.
And again...
And after a while all that alcohol and getting hit by cars finally takes it's toll...
