There's a couple of bridges linking Westview to Richland on the West side. Downtown and International are accessible via the Subway in the North of Richland. Tag a hardline which will make it easier to return in those districts.
hey when i left the richlands and came back and only my main hardlines where there. how can i get my other lines back?
Hmm... no hardlines should have disappeared. However with the recent patch everyone's initial hardlines that they hadn't tagged went missing. All's you need to do is re-tag the and they should permanently stay in future.

Tagging means double clicking a new HL so it becomes listed in your archive for future use.
